We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer EXPERT who will bring a wealth of experience and advanced skills to our projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and optimization of complex mechanical systems and components, ensuring the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Within the activities to be performed but not limited to:
- Responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability and quality of these systems through all phases of product development.
- Will be focused on the Trunk (trunk), Tailgate (tailgate), Frunk Systems with the following specific ativities
- Design interiors commodities (instrument panel, door trim, seating, center console, sun visors, hard trim, soft trim, etc.)
- Implement mounting systems,
- GD&T strategies and rib patterns.
- Design and integration of additional kennels and features.
- Perform load studies and interface analysis.
- Develop Class A surface sections and support 3DX versions.
- Update 3D structures as required.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Advance English level (MUST)
- Experience in the interiors commodities (instrument panel, door trim, seating, center console, sun visors, hard trim, soft trim, etc.) (MUST)
- Strong undersanding of CATIA V6 (3D Experience or 3DX) for developing automotive components (MUST)
- Strong experience with injection Molding (for interior systems).
- Nice to have:
- Strong understanding of GD&T and experience in creating detailed engineering drawings.
- Parametric Modeling, GSD ( Ground Sampling Distance), and Part Design workbenches.
- Experience with trunks is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (technical and non-technical)

- Able to manage multiple simultaneously responsibilities and projects, while being mind of deadlines
- Must be task oriented, detail oriented and Make Sound Decisions
