This role is pivotal in managing activities related to recruiting and onboarding processes, overseeing the candidate experience from job calls to job offer proposals, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

ROLE
We are seeking someone capable of effectively liaising with multiple stakeholders, including researchers, administrators, and external partners. The ideal candidate will solide experience and ability to prioritize tasks, and the capacity to solve problems efficiently within the People & Culture activities, delivering results in a dynamic environment, such as ensuring smooth management of the recruiting process, overseeing day-to-day People & Culture operations and onboarding initiatives, providing strategic support for administrative and recruiting activities, identifying continuous improvements and optimizations across all processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Recruiting Specialist will be part of Talent Acquisition & Development team, withing People & Culture function, and will be responsible on these activities:

  • Manage recruiting activities, including job interviews (introductory, motivational, and technical) with various stakeholders.
  • Support the scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience, from job calls to offer proposals, identifying areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Handle job offer proposals, ensuring budget compliance, and support negotiations with candidates.
  • Coordinate with the administrative team to initiate the contracting process.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new hires across Italy.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs in collaboration with the reporting manager.
  • Provide assistance on tax relief and relocation matters for foreign candidates requiring residence permits.
  • Conduct active candidate searches through headhunting, participation in job fairs (Italy and abroad), and scouting for new communication channels.


REQUIREMENTS
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in humanities, social sciences, economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting (conducting interviews) and in HR-related roles.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian. Language fluency will be assessed during the interview.
  • Desirable knowledge of recruitment tools or HR software is an asset.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments or the right mindset.


DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
 

  • Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally.
  • The position is based in our CMCC headquarter office in Lecce.
  • Contract and gross annual salary will be based on qualifications and working experience
  • Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract.
  • Flexible working time as per internal policies.
