Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Denver, CO office are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday).

Job Summary & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Senior Account Executive role is responsible for driving company growth by finding new customers to offer Accruit's 1031 solutions. Duties include researching and identifying potential prospects, closing new sales, evolving the organization's product to expand into new areas, developing onboarded relationships. This role is responsible for hitting monthly sales goals, contributing to market research, and identifying areas of opportunity for new value-add services. Senior Account Executives have demonstrated a track record of performance in meeting their goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leverage network to further develop Accruit's unique suite of 1031 exchange solutions focused primarily on their geographic region but also nationally
  • Engage prospective customers such as title companies, real estate brokers/agents, CPA's, attorneys and wealth advisors to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop customer intelligence
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Host seminars and webinars on various topics related to 1031 exchange (after absorbing necessary knowledge)
  • Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information
  • Effectively partner with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel
  • Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits
$80,000-$100,000 per year plus incentive
