401(K)
All UL Solutions employees can utilize the 401(k)-retirement savings plan to save for future financial needs.
401(K) matching
UL Solutions matches pre-tax/Roth 401(k) contribution dollar for dollar up to 3% of base you contribute and then 50 cents for dollar between 3-7%, for a total of 5% matching contribution.
