Sparus is a holding company that owns operating businesses offering field, professional, and technology services to utilities and other large industrial customers , providing strategic direction, management oversight, and financial resources to facilitate growth in its operating businesses. Based in Atlanta, Sparus is privately held by Source Capital LLC and manages and functions as a holding company for two wholly owned subsidiaries: Southern Cross Corp and The Spear Group, Inc.
