As a Human Capital Management Summer Intern, you will support onboarding processes, organize employee engagement activities, assist in policy administration, conduct compensation analysis, and perform administrative tasks while maintaining employee records confidentially.

As a Core Operations Associate, you will perform T+1 reconciliations for various financial instruments, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues, and define and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency in the hedge fund industry.

This internship involves collaborating with the Applied Technology team to enhance internal platforms, automate tool rollouts, and manage Kubernetes infrastructure. Interns will work on meaningful projects, participate in team-building activities, and may receive a full-time offer post-internship.
