The Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) provides technical and customer support, focusing on design and delivery of product solutions for clients. Responsibilities include integrating and consulting for customer needs, collaborating with sales, and managing service delivery projects to ensure quality. Regular communication with customers and coordination with product teams is also key.
