The Network Support Operator Tier II will support RKON's managed services clients by troubleshooting network connectivity issues, modifying firewall policies, implementing VPN solutions, and maintaining network documentation. Responsibilities include managing multi-tenant and branch deployments of network and security devices while collaborating in a team environment to meet SLAs and support 24x7x365 operations.
