The Framer will measure, cut, and assemble lumber to build walls, floors, and roof trusses. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, cleaning workspaces, and ensuring safety in a fast-paced construction environment. Effective communication with supervisors is also essential.

The Final Finish employee will be responsible for spackling and painting drywall in various construction types, cleaning interiors, and performing repairs using drywall compounds and tools. The position requires excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The Finish Carpenter will install cabinets and doors, measure and cut interior trims, ensure accuracy using tools, adhere to safety codes, and maintain a clean work area. They will work independently and in teams, moving between stations to complete various jobs throughout the plant.
