This information is shared with the Retrievables network of collection attorneys and agencies who review the accounts. Upon review, the attorneys use the platform to connect with the businesses. Retrievables connects the business and attorney by email to begin engagement. Most often, the business and attorney schedule a phone call and then sign a retainer agreement. The two parties will work together to begin the debt collection process.
