• Fifteen+ Observed Holidays. We observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Veteran’s Day, a Thursday & Friday Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day, as well as R^R Days (1 Friday off for every month with no observed holiday) and federal election days (every two years in November).

All Redox employees receive an annual discretionary stipend so you can select what helps you be productive. Whatever it is, we want to make sure you have what you need. •Team Weeks & Retreats. Annually, Redox hosts an all-company Team Week at locations around the US, as well as annual retreats specific to your individual team.
