As a Technical Activation Consultant, you will help customers integrate their financial data into Phocas software, providing setup and support to ensure seamless onboarding. As a Database Administrator, you will ensure the performance, availability, and security of SQL databases. Responsibilities include database design, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security management, and capacity planning. You will also collaborate with engineering teams as a subject matter expert.

As an Internal Data Specialist at Phocas, you will support internal reporting systems, implement new dashboards and reports, create data pipelines, improve business understanding of data, and work with internal data assets. Requires a degree in data science/computer science, 5+ years of experience, strong database experience, scripting languages proficiency, finance basics understanding, critical thinking skills, and a growth mindset.
