Offerpad also ensures its employees have the training and skills they need to succeed. Offerpad's training falls into three categories: Onboarding, Enablement and Development. All new employees begin with Offerpad University onboarding training to understand who we are as a company, why we are here and how we can best reach our individual and company goals through a culture of community. To support specialized departments, we also offer our Academy of Experts training, focusing on specific skill sets. Development training covers both personal and professional growth. For example, we provide empathy and growth mindset training and a variety of leadership training courses.
