The Senior Policy Counsel will lead NILC's policy work by conducting equitable policy analysis, drafting legislation, and providing strategic advice. They will manage a diverse portfolio of issues, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with partner organizations on advocacy efforts to promote the rights of low-income immigrants.
