401(K)
MarketStar offers both Traditional and Roth 401(k) options. Employees are eligible after 3 months of service if they are older than 21 years old.
401(K) matching
MarketStar will contribute to your 401(k) by matching 100% of the first 2% that your contribute and 50% for the next 4%.
Charitable contribution matching
The MarketStar Foundation will match charitable contributions of up to $100 per employee. MarketStar has a list of suggested charities, but the match applies to any charity the employee chooses.
Performance bonus
