Health insurance
We offer three options with BlueCross BlueShield and Kaiser. We cover 90% of premiums for employees and 70% for dependents. We contribute $50/month toward your HSA ($100/month for HSA family plans).

Lob-sponsored life insurance through Guardian covers 1x annual salary (up to $250k).
