How Justworks team members work with data is getting an overhaul this year, and Param Ghangas is excited for that next chapter. The director and her team are laying the groundwork for a platform that Ghangas said will ease metrics management and reporting. “Our goal is to make data available at scale so Justworks data consumers can ask questions and perform analyses in a reliable, trustworthy and secure way,” she said. Important work like that still leaves room for fun, with engineers engaging in non-core work like hackathons and bimonthly product and engineering demos.
