INVESTMENT CRITERIA

We are interested in acquisitions of companies with EBITDA of $10 - $25 million, with a broader criteria for add-on acquisitions. When evaluating new platform acquisitions, we target specialty manufacturers with a focus on the following:

*Industrial equipment & components
*Energy equipment
*Transportation equipment (excluding automotive)
*Chemicals & minerals
