The Elementary School Dean of Culture will establish a positive culture reflective of DREAM's core values, coach teachers on classroom management, supervise social times, foster communication, utilize data for improvements, and maintain strong relationships with families to support student achievement.

The Dean of Student Supports will lead special education services and support roles at the school, manage IEP meetings, coach teachers, and ensure compliance with special education regulations, while fostering a positive learning environment for students with special needs.

The Major Gifts Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Chief Advancement Officer and assist in fundraising operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating donor visits, drafting communications, tracking donor activities, and organizing fundraising events.
