401(K) matching

Deck Nine Games offers a plan match of 100% on the first 1% of deferrred compensation, and a 50% match on deferrals between 1% and 6%.

Company sponsored family events

We have a variety of company sponsored events throughout the year, and are often able to accommodate friends and family to join in our celebrations.

Family medical leave

Deck Nine Games offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Generous parental leave

Deck Nine Games offers up to 12 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave with at least six months of service; 100% salary for first 6 weeks and 40% salary for latter 6 weeks.

Dental insurance

Deck Nine Games covers 100% of the cost of all dental premiums, dependents included.

Disability insurance

Deck Nine Games covers 100% of the cost of disability coverage which provides 60% of an employee's annual salary up to a $9,900 maximum monthly payout.

Health insurance

Deck Nine Games covers 90% of the total health insurance premiums, dependents included.

Life insurance

Deck Nine Games covers 100% of the cost of group term life insurance coverage in the amount of $100,000. Additional coverage can be purchased for employees and dependents.

Vision insurance

Deck Nine Games covers 100% of the cost of all vision premiums, dependents included.

Flexible work schedule

Our core hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm MST Monday-Friday, but we offer complete flexibility to make up your remaining work hours however you see fit!
