As Head of Customer Success, you will oversee all customer success and support initiatives, reporting to the President. You will be responsible for building a strong customer-focused team, defining metrics for success, and driving customer satisfaction and retention strategies. This includes managing the customer lifecycle post-sale, fostering executive-level relationships, and ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
