The Major Gifts Officer, Silicon Valley is responsible for managing donor relations, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gifts. The Coordinator will assist the Communications team in creating and executing strategic communications campaigns. Responsibilities include drafting messaging, managing budget processes, maintaining a messaging resource hub, and ensuring effective project management.

The Coordinator, Prospect Research is responsible for conducting donor research and fulfilling requests from Development stakeholders. This role involves updating donor information in Raiser's Edge as well as preparing materials for donor meetings and events. The candidate should have a detail-oriented approach and a strong interest in fundraising and philanthropy.

The Coordinator, Prospect Research will support the Development team by meeting research needs, executing prospecting projects, and preparing materials for donor meetings. Responsibilities include maintaining donor records in Raiser’s Edge and collaborating with fundraisers and events teams.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing compliance related to non-profit operations, developing risk evaluation strategies, overseeing compliance training, and handling labor law matters.

The Major Gifts Coordinator supports fundraising efforts for key events by managing trackers, coordinating with Gift Officers, responding to donor inquiries, and organizing local host committee activities. They assist with fundraising materials and ensure effective communication to enhance donor engagement.
