As an Incident Manager, you will support U.S. Government agencies by leading incident response efforts against cyber-attacks, including investigating breaches, recommending defense strategies, conducting network defense incident triage, and documenting incidents through resolution.

The Help Desk Watch Officer provides Tier I and Tier II support, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and communicating status to management. They assist in monitoring system health, perform administrative duties, and document issues using tracking programs, while engaging with various technical teams as needed.
