Accurus was formed in November 2013 to acquire the business of Precise Machining & Manufacturing in Tulsa, OK. The acquisition of McCann Aerospace Machining in Athens, GA followed in March 2014, and in July 2015, Accurus acquired LaCroix Industries Inc. (“LaCroix”) in Kent, WA, a Tier II supplier of complex metallic formed and machined parts and assemblies for the global aerospace industry. The following year, in July 2016, Accurus acquired ZTM Inc. in Wichita, KS and in 2022 the acquisition of the Ferra Group was completed, adding two manufacturing facitlities outside the United States. Together, these business possesses highly complementary capabilities that allow Accurus to deliver its products to its customers with optimal cost, quality and delivery. Accurus is currently executing a strategic plan to build its business through strategic investments that enable Accurus to be a premier provider recognized by our customers as their supplier of choice.
