Our now-iconic footwear started when the first air-cushioned sole technology was designed by two German inventors: medical doctor, Dr. Klaus Maertens and engineer Herbert Funck. But while our sole technology may be German, our soul is undeniably British. British shoe-makers, R Griggs and Co, bought the rights to that air-cushioned sole technology. R Griggs & Co anglicised the name to “Dr. Martens”, designed an outsole and boot for British workers and the 1460 boot was born. Dr. Martens footwear was designed to look new with its modern air-cushion comfort so R Griggs & Co added the iconic yellow stitch, the grooves, the two tone side sole and the black and yellow heel loop. These new boots were sold to workmen. But fate intervened. Dr. Martens may have been made for industry but, as it turns out, they were destined for the stage. Subverted early on by subcultures, they paved the way for a new kind of rebellious self-expression. From the punks of 70s London to the grungers of 90s Seattle, Dr. Martens boots have always stood with those who dare to be different. Subcultures may fade out and evolve but our alternative spirit is a constant. And as for what the future holds? We have offices in London, Northampton, Paris, Düsseldorf, Portland, across Asia and an ever-expanding global retail portfolio. We have the respect of big-name fashion giants – think Supreme and Yohji Yamamoto – enabling us to engage in exciting partnerships season after season. We want to mean something to everyone who laces up our boots: from the first-timers to the Docs boots veterans. Do you have what it takes to help us? We need ambitious, passionate, people – with rebel fire in their hearts.

MTailor sells men’s custom clothing (shirts, suits and jeans) by measuring you with your phone's camera. MTailor’s computer vision technology is 20% more accurate than a professional tailor. Custom shirts start at $69, custom suits at $499 and custom jeans at $79. MTailor is the first easy and accessible way to experience the luxury of custom clothing. At the same price as many mainstream off-the-rack clothiers (e.g., J. Crew, Brooks Brothers, Ralph Lauren) and with the convenience of an app, you can get clothing made to fit you perfectly, instead of clothing made to fit someone else. We are based in San Francisco and backed by some great investors, such as Khosla Ventures, Y Combinator, and some of Silicon Valley’s best angel investors.

It’s about co-creation and full-service partnership, every step of the way. Our main product groups include but are not limited to: - Travel and Luggage - Eyewear Accessories - Facewear - Sportswear OUR VALUES PARTNERSHIP We’d rather share our expertise over a barbeque than a boardroom and put long-term partnerships ahead of short-term sales. INTEGRITY Honesty is the foundation of our partnerships. We take pride in providing honest and solution-oriented perspectives that help you make thoughtful and informed decisions. SUSTAINABILITY We do right by our people. When we started up in 2004, we wanted to make absolutely sure that the people making our products are safe, healthy and earning decent livelihoods.

It’s our vision to transform the way people find what they love by combining technology with the creative touch of style experts. The Stitch Fix experience is not merely curated—it’s truly personalized to each client we style. We are committed to inspiring our clients to look, feel and be their best selves. Founder Katrina Lake created Stitch Fix to blend the human element of personal styling with individually selected clothing and proprietary algorithms. She shipped the first Stitch Fix order (what we call a “Fix”) out of her Cambridge apartment in 2011 while attending Harvard, and today the company has brought convenience and an exclusive shopping experience to millions of men, women and kids throughout the US and UK. At Stitch Fix, we pride ourselves on personal styling for every one and every body. Our thousands of remote stylists, both in the US and UK, are instrumental in building relationships through Fixes that leverage client feedback and data. The secret to Stitch Fix’s success has been a balance of art and science. Our trusted style partners use our proprietary styling platform to help clients near and far find pieces that fit their lifestyle from everyday occasions to special events. We are building a transformative and inclusive e-commerce model focused on convenience and personal style that makes it radically simple and delightful for customers to discover and buy what they love. So ‘Why Stitch Fix?’ In addition to all of our benefits and perks, no matter what department you work with, every member plays a part in paving the way we bring the power of personalization to millions while disrupting the retail industry with innovation and tech on our side.
