Perform architecture-level assessment, modeling, analysis, and conceptual design activities as a Space Systems Architecture Graduate Intern at Aerospace Corporation. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on architecture trade studies, system conceptual designs, and program assessment analyses. Apply disciplined system architecting methods and tools to enhance customers' systems engineering abilities.

Develop Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) models and scenarios supporting SAF/SA priorities. Work side-by-side with the government customer and interface with senior government leaders, contractors, other government agencies, Aerospace program offices, and the Aerospace Engineering and Technical Group (ETG) to address issues and provide the customer with the best available technical analyses and recommendations. Independently translate customer needs into project objectives and instructions for ETG analysts and developers, assemble and lead multi-disciplinary technical teams, track team performance, and review team products for quality and accuracy. Oversee AFSIM project management, coordinate AFSIM ETG efforts, and aggregate and interpret results to inform customer decisions. Develop and present timely and technically-accurate presentations and reports. Occasionally support CMED technical efforts and mentor CMED junior staff. Occasionally travel domestically as required.

Apply statistical techniques to derive insights from data related to space systems, perform analysis on system availability and replenishment planning for satellite systems, develop and evaluate reliability models for satellite and launch vehicle systems, provide technical advice to management and customers, and document technical efforts.
