Responsible for optimizing HR processes and enhancing talent management capabilities. Lead technical and functional discussions, review and implement enhancements, and ensure operational stability in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Lead professional with 10+ years of Testing and 8+ years in TOSCA. Experience in Automation of SAP and Salesforce applications using TOSCA, designing generic functions, managing test cases, test automation estimation, leading and managing a team.

Connect with stakeholders to understand problems, architect solutions using SAP technology, communicate designs, lead development tasks, and contribute to governance structures. Require minimum 2.5 years of ABAP development experience with SD and MM functional developments.
