In this role, you will manage relationships with ServiceNow's major clients, providing strategic leadership and ensuring client satisfaction. You will develop tailored solutions in collaboration with various ServiceNow teams, maintain executive-level relationships, and oversee the financial growth of the assigned accounts to meet sales targets.

The Field CTO will engage with customer executives to identify pain points and create solutions using ServiceNow. The role involves leading architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow can meet strategic customer needs, including IT Transformation and Digital Services, while communicating effectively at a high level.
