As a Senior Support Account Manager, you will work on managing relationships with key enterprise customers, ensuring customer success, and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide strategic guidance to customers on maximizing the value of ServiceNow solutions.

This role is focused on the Telecom industry vertical, serving a combination of existing and new customers. Responsibilities include growing relationships across C-suite personas, overseeing client relationship mapping, being a trusted advisor to customers, and identifying the right specialist/support resources for deals.

The Sr. Sales Commissions Analyst will lead, organize, and manage business operations for the global Sales Compensation function, including handling executive-level special projects and working collaboratively with other global functions and business teams. Responsibilities include maintaining processes and procedures for sales commission analysis, administering new hire set-up and quotas, providing support and training on the ICM (Varicent) tool, reconciling closed deals, validating commission calculations, preparing accounting reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial recording.
