The Sales Development Representative will engage and qualify inbound and outbound prospects, support two sales teams, make over 100 outbound calls daily, set up meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, and develop creative strategies to target decision-makers, ensuring alignment with customer needs and the Smartcat platform.

As a Solutions Architect at Smartcat, you will design and implement technical solutions for clients, leveraging the Language AI platform. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to understand technical challenges, deliver demos, and support the sales team with localization processes.
