The Onsite Supervisor oversees daily operations at customer facilities, ensuring excellent service delivery, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. They build relationships with clients, analyze booking reports, manage timekeeping for payroll accuracy, and track employee performance to meet customer satisfaction. Additionally, they support safety protocols and communicate status updates to the leadership team.
