The Senior Director of Solid Rocket Motor Operations at Ursa Major is responsible for leading a production team to scale high-volume manufacturing of solid rocket motors, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves overseeing SRM operations, collaborating with engineering teams, driving continuous improvement, and developing relationships with stakeholders.

As an Additive Manufacturing Material Handler, you will ensure the successful movement of hardware in and out of facilities, manage shipping and receiving, inventory control of metal powder, and facilitate communication between vendors and customers to maintain timely delivery of products.

The Senior Machinist will program and machine tight-tolerance components for aerospace applications, design efficient workholding solutions, provide manufacturability feedback to engineering, and work with complex materials such as nickel superalloys and titanium within a dynamic team environment.
