You will also maintain internal controls and evidence repositories as needed.

The Manager, Technology Service Delivery will lead a cross-functional team to deliver IT infrastructure and business services, aligning IT priorities with business needs. Responsibilities include oversight of IT operations, vendor relations, performance management, and budget oversight, ensuring alignment with governance standards and SLAs.
