We are looking for a Sanctions Advisory Senior Manager to join our growing FinCrime Oversight team at Wise, a global technology company dedicated to making money transfers easier and more cost-effective for individuals and businesses around the world. The role involves developing and implementing sanctions risk frameworks, collaborating with product and compliance teams, strengthening controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sanctions advisory roles within financial services, strong subject matter expertise in financial sanctions regimes, and excellent communication skills.
As the Regional Delivery Lead for North America, you will develop and execute a delivery strategy to enhance payment services, lead high-performing teams, manage delivery risks, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent partner relationships.
As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will mitigate compliance risks by overseeing and improving compliance systems, advising teams on regulations, and representing compliance frameworks to various stakeholders, including regulators and auditors. You will handle regulatory assessments and collaborate with product and operational teams.
The Senior Compliance Advisory Manager will oversee financial crime compliance, ensuring effective systems and controls against financial crime risks. Responsibilities include advising stakeholders on compliance regulations, developing compliance frameworks, challenging controls, overseeing policy frameworks, and representing compliance efforts to external parties.
In this role, you will lead the expansion of Wise's Assets product into North America by managing regulatory license applications, building relationships with US regulatory authorities, and collaborating with the product team to adapt to local market needs. You will also be responsible for developing commercial partnerships to enhance the product experience.
Looking for an Americas Employee Relations (ER) Lead to own ER matters across the Americas region, providing insights and recommendations for policy and process changes, and supporting a team of People Advisors from an ER perspective.
As the Investments Expansion Lead at Wise, you will be responsible for expanding the Assets product to North America and building strong commercial relationships with investment managers, banks, and payments partners. You will lead the process of obtaining a broker-dealer license in the US and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful operations.
