As the Manager, Billing & Revenue, you will be responsible for managing the recording, reporting, and invoicing of all revenue for a government entity. This role requires 10+ years of billing and revenue experience, expertise in U.S. GAAP, CAS, and government contracts, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsible for spectrum management, frequency coordination, and regulatory issues for the UK Skynet satellite fleet. Lead negotiation process at spectrum coordination meetings, work closely with UK MOD, and oversee frequency coordination team activities. Maintain ITU filings, support UK MOD in filing strategy, and ensure SKYNET network compliance with regulations.
