The Business Risk Management Associate will contribute to the Issues Management program and support risk mitigation across the enterprise. Responsibilities include reconciling risk incidents, developing controls, analyzing risks, and supporting change management for new initiatives.

Conduct second line regulatory compliance monitoring and testing, support regulatory risk assessments, and assist in regulatory compliance training. Work with business units to ensure compliance with consumer lending rules and regulations. Participate in team initiatives to enhance compliance oversight aligned with business growth.

Develop and execute credit card product strategies, conduct market research, analyze data, prepare strategic recommendations, build models, manage growth with partners, collaborate with teams, and develop relationships with partners to drive initiatives and growth.
