The Sr. Operations Representative (ACH) will manage ACH processing, ensuring compliance with NACHA rules, reviewing exception files, processing unauthorized debit statements, and handling notifications. This role includes leading junior team members and representing the Operations team in projects and audits, while providing high-quality service to members and vendors.
