The role involves navigating multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions and advising on benefits, risks, and compliance.

The Senior Privacy Counsel will implement and localize the global privacy program for Wise, advise on privacy aspects of partnerships, manage data subject requests, oversee vendor privacy assessments, draft related disclosures, and maintain compliance while supporting audits and responding to regulatory inquiries.

Lead the development of Wise's North America financial crime program by overseeing policies, risk assessments, governance, and training on compliance issues.
