The Senior Counsel will provide legal support for production activities related to Warner Bros. Discovery channels and Local Theatrical Productions in APAC. The Sr Counsel will negotiate, draft, and provide legal advice on various commercial agreements, focusing on distribution and ad sales agreements. The role includes liaising with senior stakeholders, supporting contract compliance, handling regulatory matters, and advising on litigation and enforcement policies. Travel may be required for meetings.
