The Senior Counsel - International Mergers & Acquisitions will be responsible for managing various aspects of complex corporate transactions, advising stakeholders on M&A-related issues, building relationships with leaders from different zones, and serving as the primary legal resource within International at Kraft Heinz.

The Senior Legal Counsel will develop and execute legal strategies aligned with business goals, advise on legal challenges, ensure compliance with laws, manage legal risks, oversee contract negotiations, safeguard intellectual property, and support corporate governance and due diligence processes.
