The Senior Software Engineer will develop endpoint agents called Collectors which gather and interpret OS information to improve user experience across multiple platforms like Windows, macOS, and Linux. This role involves creating reliable cross-platform solutions, engaging in OS-level research, and ensuring high standards of performance and security.

The Data Engineer will design and develop analytics dashboards, optimize ETL pipelines using Amazon Redshift and Apache Airflow, implement data transformation pipelines with Kafka and ClickHouse, support machine learning initiatives, and maintain services in AWS and Kubernetes.
