The Presales Solution Consultant engages with clients to align HR technology solutions with their business needs, delivering product demonstrations and participating in sales cycles. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, leading discovery workshops, preparing solutions, responding to RFPs, and supporting marketing events.

In this role, you'll coach managers on performance management, partner with HR teams for initiatives, advise on HR policies, lead projects as per HR plans, collaborate across teams for compliance, and act as a culture champion while driving engagement and process improvements in People strategies.
