The Employee Relations Lead will establish the first Employee Relations Center of Excellence at The Farmer’s Dog. The role involves creating scalable frameworks, leading employee relations cases, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and enhancing the employee experience for both salaried and hourly team members. Collaboration with HR, Legal, and leadership is essential to develop initiatives promoting a positive culture and employee experience.

As the Director of HR Operations at The Farmer's Dog, you will enhance HR infrastructure, ensure operational excellence, manage the PEO relationship, oversee compliance across locations, and implement HR processes to support employee needs and drive growth. You'll lead and mentor a team while coordinating with various departments to improve employee experiences.
