As Sr. Manager of Technical Recruiting at Relativity Space, you will lead a team of technical recruiters, strategize hiring efforts, refine recruitment processes, promote diversity and inclusion, and collaborate with senior leaders to meet hiring goals.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll manage full lifecycle recruitment for hardware technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, source candidates, and enhance the interview process.
