Responsibilities include evaluating hiring needs, managing KPIs for talent acquisition, optimizing the Applicant Tracking System, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Manage the entire hiring process, collaborate with hiring managers, source and manage candidate pools, develop sourcing strategies, participate in HR projects, think creatively, and optimize processes.
