This position involves conducting research in financial risk using AI at Clear Street, while also fulfilling a PhD program. The candidate will work 80% on research and 20% on practical applications at the company, contributing to advancements in risk management, order execution, funding, hedging, and investment strategies involving AI.

The Associate Director will build the Equity Finance Middle Office functions, manage bilateral and triparty collateralization, oversee operational KPIs, align with the settlement team to manage fails risk, and ensure high-quality client communication and onboarding processes.
