Plan, design, implement and iterate on Narmi's aws infrastructure. Work with tools such as linux, AWS ECS, rsyslog, terraform, ansible, aws lambda, cloudwatch, OpenSearch (ElasticSearch). Maintain and improve our networking architecture. Collaborate with the business and other engineering teams to support new customers and integrations. Mentor junior members of the infrastructure team and the wider engineering organisation. Take part in code reviews and testing.

Narmi is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their Mobile Engineering team. The engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining Narmi's Mobile Digital Banking and Mobile Account Opening products. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with specific experience in React Native and mobile engineering. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York City.

As the VP of Engineering, you will lead the engineering department, manage multiple engineering teams, scale codebases, and establish best practices. You'll work closely with co-founders and team leaders to define roadmaps, strategies, and attract top talent. Your goal is to mentor engineers, foster their growth, and cultivate an outstanding culture within the Engineering department.
