Knowledge in stamping formability simulations is essential, along with the ability to work in a team and ensure safety compliance.

The Sr Designer will complete complex designs, conduct kinematic analysis, perform FEA, and develop GD&T. The role includes researching new product opportunities, analyzing designs for feasibility, and liaising with departments to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
