The Art Director, Equity will lead the creation and evolution of creative executions for Performance Creative initiatives, managing projects from concept to delivery. This role requires collaboration with design teams, communicating creative visions, and overseeing photo/video shoots, while ensuring brand standards and compliance with state guidelines are maintained.
