The Director, Credit Risk & Analytics will assess risk for applicants, implement underwriting policy changes, ensure compliance with regulations, document and automate processes, collaborate with cross-departmental teams, and monitor loan portfolio performance to manage risk effectively.

The Analyst will support the Capital Markets team in establishing funding capital through relationships with institutional investors across lending products. Responsibilities include analyzing financing options, negotiating legal agreements, providing collateral performance analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and ensuring data integrity for investor reporting.
